Asset Connect operates a platform where third-party sellers list equipment and machinery for sale. We also act as a finance broker and may introduce you to lenders who offer asset finance products.

2.1 Marketplace Services
- Asset Connect provides an online marketplace where equipment vendors can advertise their products.
- We do not own, stock or physically supply any equipment.
- Any contract for the sale or purchase of equipment is strictly between you and the vendor.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of vendor listings or the condition, suitability or availability of any equipment advertised.
2.2 Finance Brokerage Services
- When you submit a finance enquiry, we may introduce you to lenders who can offer asset finance.
- We do not provide financial advice.
- We are not the lender and we do not make credit decisions.
- Finance is always subject to status, affordability checks and lender criteria.

3. Your Use of the Website
You agree that you will:

- You will be offered the lowest or any rate
- Your data will not be checked with credit reference or fraud prevention agencies
Lenders may apply their own terms, conditions and affordability criteria.
You must ensure all information supplied is complete and accurate.
